Creation of the Entrepreneurship and Personal Development Group (GEDP), driven by an ambitious vision: making entrepreneurship the engine of economic growth in Africa and a bulwark against youth unemployment. At the heart of this ambition lies the promotion of excellence and the conviction that action must begin at the grassroots level, by training high school students before they even graduate.
GEDP deploys its dual mission through two complementary branches: GEDP Training organizes conferences on entrepreneurship and personal development to raise awareness among youth, while GEDP Business enables graduates to find practical internships or launch their own entrepreneurial projects. A comprehensive approach that has supported thousands of young people from high school through their professional lives.
TECO SARL - The Experts & Co emerges as the mature fruit of GEDP Business. As a management consulting, IT engineering, and professional training firm, TECO extends its mission beyond GEDP members to support any individual or company pursuing excellence. A new chapter that transforms experimentation into structured expertise.
Launch of TECO Academy, the professional arm of GEDP Training. Our motto: "Training for excellence and developing market-relevant skills." Several training programs lead to professional internships. We even offer long-term tracks spanning 3 years alongside university studies, enabling students to be immediately employable upon graduation thanks to the experience gained.
TECO executes several strategic engagements for private companies, public entities, and government agencies: training accounting teams (subsidies, specialized treatments), implementing computerized asset management systems with QR codes for real-time tracking, IT infrastructure maintenance, accounting management assistance, internal audit of international non-profit organizations, collaboration with major statutory audit and accounting firms on complex audit engagements.
The founder, now an intercontinental practitioner, enriches his expertise through engagements in Africa and Europe (France and Luxembourg). This period forges the triple competency that defines TECO's signature today: mastery of the African market, European rigor, and international standards. Over 1,000 people trained and 50 companies supported testify to the relevance of this approach.
Thanks to the founder's intercontinental experience, TECO now opens its horizon to European countries. From training Beninese high school students to audit engagements in Europe, our journey embodies a vision made reality: excellence knows no borders. Our mission remains unchanged since 2013: to train, support, and help talents grow, wherever they may be.

Operational experience as a CFO and expert advisor to companies and associations. A closeness to entrepreneurs that makes the difference. Excellence in education with a Master's in Finance obtained in Benin.
Europe (France and Luxembourg): The rigor of the chartered accountancy internship in France, mastery of French GAAP, and access to the best practices of the European profession. Excellence in education (Master's CCA at INTEC-CNAM Paris, DSCG, graduate of IAE Paris-Est). In Luxembourg: experience auditing international structures and holdings, daily practice of IFRS standards, and the excellence of Luxembourg's financial sector. Audit of numerous holdings and Private Equity investment funds. Proven expertise in IT engineering applied to business management and business intelligence.
This triple expertise enables TECO to offer training and advisory services at a unique level, with an active practitioner-trainer who lives daily what he teaches.
